We will contact you by email when the preordered fabric is available for shipment at which time you can order

No items are returnable unless approved first by the Suzzetts Fabric Staff. If the mistake is ours, we will pay for
return shipping, otherwise it will be your responsibility
to send it back. There are NO returns on books or patterns.
At Suzzetts Fabric, Quilts, and more we are determined to make
your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
We will gladly refund or replace any defective or incorrect
merchandise as long as they are returned to us in the
same condition in which you received them for a period
of 15 days after receipt. Books, Magazines and Patterns
are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues. For canceled orders that are not shipped there will be a 5% restocking fee for any fabric that has already been cut.
It is difficult to know how your monitor screen is
going to display the colors in the fabrics in our store.
There are so many brands and settings in cyberspace,
we cannot be held responsible for variances in colors.
We try very hard to provide accurate scans so you will
get exactly what you see. We also go to great lengths
to describe the different fabrics so that you can make
your selection.

We do our very best to ship every order within
24 hours.
We ship USPS Mail within the continental US, unless you
request otherwise. If you are outside the continental
US ( Alaska and Hawaii), we will use USPS Priority mail.
If you select USPS Express Delivery, there will be an
extra charge to your account for the overnight delivery
charges incurred. Orders $100.00 and over will be insured at our
discretion. We will lower shipping fees on an individual
basis whenever possible.
Texas residents will be charged sales tax at 8.25%.
International
We charge the shipping charges as the post office
charges. The charges that appear on your order are the
estimated amounts charged for the United States. Some
of these vary slightly as the new rates are based on
weight and zone. Shipping charges are estimates only
therefore your order will be charged accordingly. For example:
a Global Priority Mailer holds up to about 5 yard of
fabric and costs about $11.95 USD to ship.
For International shipments payment is only accepted
through Visa or MasterCard. No money orders or personal
checks. International orders pay actual US Mail Global
shipping costs with a minimum charge of $3.00. I will not lie on the customs forms
to say that your items are gifts, so please do not ask
me to - it is against the law. If you have questions
about ordering please contact me by e-mail before processing
your order. We do send frequently overseas and are happy
to; we just want you to know how we operate.
